We enjoyed our stay. The view from our room at night was breathtaking. The pool was very nice. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

The unit was in poor condition with dirty linens, a lot of wear and tear, and plumbing problems. As a result, we ended up only staying one of the three nights that we booked. My wife and kids just weren't comfortable there. The Nativo property itself was great but I wouldn't stay with AvantStay again if all their units are in similar condition.

We're glad the home itself made a good impression, and that makes it all the more disappointing that the condition and upkeep got in the way of the stay you'd planned. Cutting a three-night trip down to one is not how anyone should have to spend their time away. We're sorry the home didn't reflect the care we aim to provide. The linens, the general wear, and the plumbing issues you've described have been shared with the team responsible for the home so they can be reviewed and addressed. A comfortable, well-kept home is the baseline every guest should be able to count on.
