**Current limitations:** Access to the water is somewhat restricted, and there is no firepit yet—we’re working on it! You have full access to the upper deck with great lake views
**Coming soon:** The updated landscaping will feature a **large rectangular firepit area** and a **sunken hot tub integrated into the patio** for easy access.
You’ll still enjoy relaxing deck space, lake views, and your private beachfront.
