Fully renovated Colorado home with all the spacious 20 ft ceiling stone fireplace with seating and beautiful new kitchen. Across the street is Indian rock & Smoky Hill River for fishing hiking and biking. The 9 ft Christmas tree will lighten up the entire house with Holiday Joy. No need to go to Colorado book a night just to relax in the atmosphere of a mini vacation. The new backyard with fire pit and the lights in the backyard makes the night shine bright. Two minutes to Tony Arena, 5 to downtown and right off Ohio and Iron. Plenty of space for uhauls and just passing through. We do have a fence but the stairs doesn’t have a gate. We use a gate and put it there as needed. We have 3 dogs and it works well.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is spacious, quiet, and peaceful, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it perfect for a group or family. There is plenty of comfortable seating both downstairs and outdoors, offering lots of space to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and the property's proximity to the river was an added bonus. Hearing the soothing sounds of the water made the setting even more relaxing. A wonderful place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet! Pet friendly. Excellent host communication.

Really neat architectural details in the house. Didn’t get to experience the backyard, but it looked really nice. Main bedroom bed was comfortable.

Wonderful place. Spacious. Pet friendly. Backyard was a great place to hang out even at 100 degrees. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning.

The house was clean and family friendly I wish there had been more details on what we needed to do when we checked out. Where do we put dirty towels, sheets, etc. We did not use the out side area. We only had 3 people and the price was great. It was easy to visit Abilene too. Thank you for a great experience.

Spacious rooms throughout the home, nice appliances. Plenty of towels. Loved the backyard space! We were there with another couple and enjoyed sitting out at night chatting under the pergola draped with string lights. Thank you so much!

Great stay! We had a wonderful family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and dog friendly! We were able to utilize the grill easily. The backyard was great for the family to hang out and play games. Easy access to Indian Rock & the river. Jenny was a very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend this house! Will definitely be back. Thank you Jenny!

Need an a place to stay last minute and lucky for us this house was available and they got back to us very quickly. The house exceeded our expectations and was absolutely adorable and has so much charm. If we are ever back up in this area, we would 100% stay here again.

It was a nice stay for one night. Big windows, large beams, cozy atmosphere Bathrooms could use some work. There were two bathtubs, one even a Jacuzzi tub, but neither of them were usable as the drain plugs were inoperable. Showers only. The door to the master bedroom bathroom sticks, and my daughter had a bit of a freak out when she got stuck in the bathroom🤦 Oh, and one of the toilets is improperly installed as it rocks back abruptly once sat upon.The whole house could have been cleaner. It is an older house that has had a little bit of a facelift, but you can still see some wrinkles. It's nice, could be nicer. For the price we paid, I expected a little better. I appreciated having enough room for my family of 5 to spread out and enjoy. The walking trails across the street made for a nice morning walk, and even got in a game of large jenga with my daughter which was nice.

She was our first ever. I broke my first rule and she wanted to have 12 people in a house that fit 6. She ruined my brand new quilt and she complained about not being to use the laundry room so she can wash all her 12 people of 3 days worth of laundry. She had no issues other then an Unchristian women who didn’t see the before and after the 125k I spent on the home. The minor details that she seem to blatantly point out out of spite not thinking of a person who spent her life savings to be able to come home to visit my elderly mom on a regular basis who lives on the same street a block away. This house is exceptionally made and one of a kind home in Salina. Please don’t let this women take away from the quality and craftsmanship of this home. Thank you for your consideration
