This property was perfect for our family! Beautifully placed between the bay and the beach. We would see DOLPHINS in the morning from our deck, and a stunning sunset in the evening from the same deck. Very quiet! We will be coming back!

We loved the Sandy Sunset! Peaceful and quiet on the interior Santa Rosa Sound. Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Saw dolphins right outside the back door in the channel! Navarre Beach is a new family favorite location. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Sandy Sunset was wonderful. The place was very clean and well stocked. The views off the deck were great and it was quiet and peaceful being there. I really loved only needing to launch and retrieve the boat once during our 6 day stay and being able to park it right at the home. Plenty of room to park the trailer at the home as well, another wonderful convenience. We did have storms come through unexpectedly 3 straight late afternoons with the wind out of the North which rocked the boat quite hard. There were nice bumbers on the dock pilings, but make sure it is tied up securely and properly to allow it to move with the waves and tide. We certainly will consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.
