This was one of the nicest homes that I have ever booked through VRBO. I will definitely seek out this particular home my next visit to the Polk County area.

The house has clean rooms, host is very friendly and communication was clear and helpful. The house is at a great location for a local theme park visit, with many shops close by, including groceries and a mall. Great for families, with extra fridge space and clean, wonderful swimming pool. House is decorated and set up beautifully. Overall great experience, and will certainly recommend host.

A great place for two families with kids, centrally located to area attractions (in our case, baseball fields). Loved the back porch, pool, and game room. Always a plus when there’s two king beds! House was updated and clean and had all the supplies we needed. Communication with owner was great, and check in/check out a breeze.

We had a wonderful stay in Winter Haven while celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday with a trip to LEGOLAND Florida Resort. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked upon arrival, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Check-in was seamless with the door code system, and everything was clearly communicated in advance. The home was peaceful, relaxing, and in a great location; close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, which was perfect for our family trip. After busy days at the park, it was nice to come back to such a quiet and welcoming space. The owner was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The check-out instructions for cleaning up and securing the property were simple and easy to follow.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and helped make our daughter’s birthday trip extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Winter Haven area.
