Absolutely outstanding stay! We loved everything about this home. The location is perfect—close to golf, nightlife, the water, and plenty of things to do, while still being a great place to relax.The house exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended! We’d stay here again any day of the year. If you’re considering booking it, do it—you won’t regret it!

This was the most perfect spot for our first time visiting Destin! We seen so much wildlife in the water right off the dock, the place itself had everything we needed for a great stay, the beds were so comfortable! We loved we could take the water taxi right from the home to the Harbor village! So many grocery stores close by! We had a blast visiting crab island! There was so much to do in just a short drive or short boat taxi ride! The host was even able to recommend a great source to get to crab island only minutes from when I asked for suggestions! We are already planning another trip for next year and plan to book this same rental!

Great location. Private beach access with no crowds. Water/sand is amazing! Only downside is the walk to beach is about 10 mins. But it’s an easy stroll. Dock is a fantastic amenity. Kids fished and kayaked/paddle boarded in calm clear water. Location is set away from the hustle of main strip but super quick 5 min drive to target/grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed our time at this townhouse. The location was excellent, and the space itself has so much charm and potential. The furniture, artwork, appliances, and kitchenware were all very nice and made the space feel comfortable and welcoming.We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas, including the deck and dock, and appreciated how convenient the property was to everything we wanted to do during our trip. We loved having our boat right in the slip and ready to go joy riding whenever we wanted.The owners have clearly put thought into the design and overall feel of the space, and with a little additional upkeep and attention to detail, this property could easily be exceptional. We would absolutely consider staying here again in the future and appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful location.

Highly recommended this property, especially if you are bringing a boat. Great private beach for the community. I do recommend renting a golf cart for getting back and forth to the beach. Loved our visit and would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was perfect from the house, location, contact with the host and the ice machine was a great bonus. We were on the boat for 7 days straight and never bought a bag of ice. House was about a 10 minute boat ride to crab island. Boat lift worked great. Great overall experience. We will be back.

Beautiful property. Fantastic location. Everything we needed. We brought our boat and used the boat slip. Went to Crab island and to dinner by boat every night. We will definitely use this property again.
