Beautiful house with all the needed amenities. Great coffee bar. Great location to downtown, easily walkable and easy access to other stores and places to visit. Excellent responses from hosts. Will stay here again in near future!

Our family was in town for a wedding. The house was lovely and the home was very clean, and the coffee bar was wonderful. We would definitely recommend and stay again when coming back to Mt. Dora.

Perfect location and the home was spotless and beautifully furnished. We especially enjoyed the "reading/breakfast nook" in the front entrance. It was a perfect home for two single women, but could easily sleep more. The best part is that you can walk to everything!

The host was welcoming and attentive. The house is clean, had everything we needed and is in the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending this house to our friends who are planning trips to Mt. Dora.

Great stay in Mount Dora!The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and very welcoming. The location is excellent, quiet yet close to everything we needed in Mount Dora. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

This was a fantastic short-term rental! The location was ideal, the house was beautiful and very clean, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into making the stay comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend!

Although our stay was short, everything was as expected, even better in some cases. The place was spotless. The location could not have been better for our purposes as it was so close to many places we were visiting. There were plenty of little touches that added to the times we were there. Things like comfy blankets, games to play, chairs to relax in and enjoy a coffee. Thanks for a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

This home in Mount Dora was just perfect. We wanted something close to downtown, and this house was perfectly located. We could walk to shops and restaurants, yet it was on a very quiet side street. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Some of my favorite things: Chargers by the bed that accompanied any device, a beautifully stocked coffee station, air purifiers, and delicious snacks. The house had everything we needed!

We absolutely loved this VRBO property! It was so nice to have all of the amenities of a home as Anne Marie and Ryan provided everything that you would need as there was so much attention to detail as a host. We arrived to the house with a beautiful Christmas tree lit up, gift bag with snacks, wood for the fire pit, coffee, additional bags of ice in the freezer and so much more! We also had the best nights sleep as the beds were so comfortable and the house was decorated so nice. The location is a short walk to all of the little shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay in this house.

I recently stayed in this cottage with my daughter and sister-in-law for my birthday girl’s weekend in Mount Dora. It was easy to find and in a great location which was very walkable to the heart of downtown. The cottage was super cute, spacious and very cozy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had many nice and thoughtful touches as well. They even left us a very nice welcome gift with a large bottled water and some snacks! Everything was well labeled and very organized. The bed linens and bathroom towels were all of nice quality and very bright, new and fresh looking. I am a very picky person with cleanliness, and I can definitely say that this cottage was very clean and I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable. We also were able to utilize the outdoor space one afternoon which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this rental and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a gorgeous house in a perfect location. It is easily within walking distance to everything, literally 2 blocks from Donnelly street and downtown. I don’t think it took more than a 5-10 minute walk to get to anything we wanted to see or do. Even with how close it is to everything, it is on a very quiet, peaceful street. The house itself is beautiful, the listing pictures are 100% accurate. You can tell the owners really put their heart and soul into it. It is beautifully updated while still keeping the original charm. They really thought of everything, down to labeling the light switches (a very helpful touch I’ve not seen in other rentals). The yard is beautifully landscaped, & the backyard fire pit area was a nice private space to hang out after a long day exploring. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked with linens, towels, soap, etc. The beds were quite comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. There was also a well very stocked coffee bar we quite enjoyed. The hosts were wonderful, had great communication, and were readily available to help if needed (we had zero issues). They provided a binder full of helpful information about the home and Mt. Dora, including some of their favorite recommendations for restaurants and things to do.I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Mt. Dora. I’ve stayed in many STVRs over the years, and this was BY FAR the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in.
