We're a group of 8 who’ve been friends for 50 years. The Balloon Fiesta was on our bucket list and this Retreat was the perfect place for us! Abby was an attentive, gracious and responsive host who made check-in seamless. Our every need was met and in many cases exceeded. From the adorable, thoughtful welcome gifts to every last amenity you can imagine in the kitchen, bath and laundry. All rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with large closets which included comfy spa-style robes for us to use during our stay. The gated neighborhood was safe and friendly. The fruit trees and rose bushes in the garden added to the charm. The balcony and the patio gave us incredible views of the balloons each morning. Even one exciting day when the balloons floated over so close we could hear the hot air burners gently blasting. The location was perfect – close to the Balloon Fiesta Park, the Sandia Mountains and Old Town. It felt like a 5-star resort. Our group agrees that Abby has certainly raised the bar for all other VRBO's and B&B's. We highly recommend!

What a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood! Very family friendly as the host, Abbey, had a pack and play, high chair, changing pad, and bottle washing equipment ready to go. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook meals. We even grilled steaks one night and enjoyed the outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept really well. Abbey, also surprised my mom and I with flowers for Mother’s Day, making the weekend so special! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay. Immaculately clean, truly luxurious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host’s communication was excellent throughout. I was in Albuquerque for a Lobos men’s basketball game and a family reunion with my brothers for Super Bowl weekend, and this rental made the trip even better. I travel to Albuquerque regularly and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

This house is impeccably clean and well stocked. Much attention to detail. We were a family of 9 (6 adults and three children) and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. We were in ABQ celebrating my grandson’s graduation. Our host left a happy graduation balloon arrangement and sweet note. I cannot say enough about the quality of this residence. Thank you!

It was a quick, one night stay, to attend a concert. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday with her best friends. Our host went above and beyond with welcome chocolates, 18 balloons and sparkling cider. The home was immaculate, and well designed. All check-in directions were very concise and easy to follow. The neighborhood felt very safe and centrally located.

Amazing! Beautiful and clan home. All the details. A welcome sign with our name on it. Chocolates. Well appointed kitchen. Popcorn for the movie theater. A variety of soaps for the laundry. Ziplock, tin foil etc in the kitchen. All the appliances to make meal prep a breeze. We absolutely loved it. Excellent communication with the manager. We will stay here again when visiting family.
