The house is really nice and quite adorable. It's cozy but plenty big for everything 8 people need. Loved the larger kitchen table and the side patio area. We hope to stay here again! Great location also to everything we needed as far as the football game and Aggieville!

This house was perfect for a family getaway. Enough rooms and space for my older crew. Amenities were great, played in the backyard, sat around the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect and the host was great in communicating. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything was perfect. The hot tub was fantastic, and the kids loved having the downstairs area with their own TV, free space, and games. The location is excellent, check-in was very smooth, and the host provided all the necessary information, making us feel very welcome.

Our host was immediately attentive and welcoming. Excellent floor plan for adults and children, 5 to 6 people max, one bathroom upstatirs and one down. Conveniently located to everything, especially City Park's free splash pad, playground, and water park. The water park (6 admission) is the best I've ever been to, and I've been to a few. Our entire family, ages 3 to 66, had a blast.

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, serene, and adorable home. The location was perfect, with easy access to Aggieville, the KSU campus, shopping, and restaurants; many of which were within walking distance. The layout worked great for our group, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and the same setup downstairs, providing plenty of space and privacy. The home is very family-friendly and features a lovely outdoor area that was perfect for relaxing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was wonderful. The location was great, close enough to both campus and Aggieville. The house is darling and clean. The driveway was big enough for all of our vehicles, so we did not need to concern ourselves with street parking. The hot tub was easy to remove the lid and operate with clearly posted instructions. Five of us had plenty of room to sleep, get ready, relax, and just hang out. This could become a yearly tradition, and this house would be the perfect spot to stay for us each fall. Any questions we had were always answered quickly.

It is great to hear that the hot tub instructions were helpful and that the driveway provided the convenience you needed. We would be delighted to host you again for your fall tradition.
