We had the best anniversary week! The condo was just perfect and the beach is breathtaking. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The king bed just might have been the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The high top table and chairs on the patio guarantee an unobstructed view of the beauty azure water!! Will definitely return!

Condo was very nice. We were disappointed that it was not ready at 4:00 pm. When you are tired from traveling you want your place ready. View was perfect. Beach service was awesome. Condo was very nice but the building itself was loud. We could hear our neighbors in all directions. Especially over head so that was irritating but really did love the place.

All was good, clean and spacious. Excellent view of the beach and ocean. Code didn’t work when we got there and had to call to get it taken care of. TV in bedroom didn’t work. The room upon entering smelled musty, there was no instructions for the tv in living room, no brochures for things to do in Destin. Would stay there again.

My husband and I, along with our 2 toddlers, thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute getaway to this amazing condo! The management company was so easy to work with and incredibly responsive. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and spotless. It was truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we found ourselves spending so much time just relaxing and taking it all in. We honestly didn’t want to leave. The management team even provided great recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area, which made our stay even better. We’re already planning our return trip, as this place is an absolute gem!

The unit itself was good! It was clean and suited our needs just fine. We saw dolphins swim by a couple days during our stay. We loved our chair guy AJ! The only two reasons I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is the location being right next to the public beach strip. AJ was great about reminding them the beach was private for the guests in our building, but not everyone respected that. He seemed to spend a lot of his time pointing out that the beach was private - as if the signs posted meant nothing. Maybe it was worse because we were there during the 4th of July. Also, the parking we didn’t feel was “strictly enforced” as we saw several cars without notification posted as guests. We noticed some beachgoers unloading their vehicles and using the beach gate (they somehow had a code for) to go to the beach then loading back up and leaving again later in the day. The condo was great. AJ was great. But, the parking and being located right next to a public beach area was not.
