Welcome to this spacious, stylish, and well-appointed townhouse! This home features the best of both worlds -- peace and quiet, mountain views, and easy access to all the best that Charlottesville has to offer.
Just a 20-minute walk to Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, 12-minute drive to the UVA Medical Center, and walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, and dining, this beautiful home will be the perfect home base during your time in Charlottesville!
Available for rentals of 30+ days.
This unit is a large, private downstairs bedroom. This unit also comes with a designated parking spot right in front of the townhouse! Your bathroom may be shared with one other nurse.
The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry room, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you!
A well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional fee of $250 (or $100/month, whichever is less).
The whole house is yours to access with the exception of the other guests` bedrooms and bathrooms.
Since this is a shared housing set-up, it is important to be respectful of the other guests at the house. Noise should be kept to a minimum, you should clean up after yourself after using the kitchen, etc. Thanks!
