Plumbing MD was in town for work on a new cottage. It was great to go back to the condo where we could relax and hang out. Place was clean and quite comfortable, we had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and prepping for the next day. Would stay there again

Condo was neat and clean on arrival. Gives a good first impression but was somewhat lacking in kitchen amenities. We bought what we needed and left some things for others to use. The host reimbursed us for much of it!Could use new mattress in master bed room. Nice outdoor space! Host responded to needs in a timely fashion. Lovely pool area but staff told us we weren’t supposed to be able to use it. After some discussion, they allowed us in. This needs to be ironed out with host and property management.Would go again!

The property was as described: very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. I wish I can write a 5 stars review for this property, however, we found the communication with the host and Vrbo were unsatisfactory and frustrating regarding the question I raised of the"Late checkout fee" charged in the initial booking payment as part of the "Host Fee". I wanted to know if I will get a refund of this fee after the actual check out is completed on time. Vrbo informed me it is Host responsibility but the Host claimed they are not aware of it, therefore, can't do anything. I have contacted both VRBO and Host multiple times on this issue, but did not get any clear answer from the Host and no refund was processed either. When you book with VRBO, please be extra careful, double check the fee breakdown to see if there is any advanced fee charged to your account but without explanations on how it will be refunded and by whom.

Lovely modern, clean & comfortable home base for golf in the Muskokas

Great villa exactly as described in listing. Centrally located in Gravenhurst, it was a 35-45 min drive up to Rocky Crest, Grandview and Lake Joseph for our party of 4 golfers. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, patio with bbq. Smart tv with basic live tv as well as some streaming. Sobeys and LCBO short 5 min drive away.....pretty much everything to keep a group of golfers happy!

Leading up to our stay, we were told the place would be ready by 3 pm for us to arrive. At 3 pm, I get there, and the place is a mess with laundry all over the floor, beds stripped, and garbage at the door. Clearly, they did not clean the place since the last visitors. I called Jay multiple times with no response. Then, an hour later, cleaners arrive, as they were just told the place needed to be cleaned. After 3 hours, we were finally able to access the property, and Jay said he would give us a partial credit on our stay for the frustrating start to our visit. It has been over 2 weeks since we were there, and I have not received any form of refund or response from Jay. Beyond the frustrating first night, the place was a good location and reasonable amenities. Missing some kitchen items, like dishwasher detergent. Overall place was ok, but not happy with the customer service.
