We are a rustic and secluded ranch in the heart of canyon country that is completely remote, with the most spectacular views sure to make your stay with us a highlight of the trip.

You will receive detailed directions 2 days before your arrival however, the last 2 miles of our road is ROUGH. so please be aware if this is something you do not want to deal with.

Our ranch water is filtered and tested, but due to the age of the system we provide some bottled water for drinking needs.

Please plan ahead to bring needed food or supplies with you for the evening. Our amazing location is not as convenient for a quick trip to the store or restaurant.

We continue to revitalize this amazing location and are excited to share it with our friends visiting Moab. As we continue to make improvements to this rustic venue, we hope you will forgive a few rough spots. We have turned up the resolution of the night sky so that the stars can add to your experience.

We offer Queen & Family Glamping Tents, Cave studios and Primitive Campsites.

Self Check-in- You will receive your cave number and lockbox code the morning of check-in. Once you arrive feel free to head to your cave and get unloaded.

Wild Animals:

We are often visited by deer, rabbits, and the elusive Desert Bighorn Sheep along with many others.

Sunset and Sunrise are a special time on the ranch when the red rock glows and the light dances on the cliffs. It is our favorite part of being so secluded in nature.

WARNING: There is a dirt runway that is actively used for small aircraft. Guests must follow the posted signs to stay out of this area.

We give our guests space but we do have staff living on site in RV's. They will be around to introduce themselves, feel free to ask them anything.

If you need something urgent you can travel to the other side of the ranch to contact our staff or to access Wi-Fi to contact admin in an emergency.

We would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on how to improve your next stay or the stay of others. Feel free to message us with questions/thoughts/suggestions! Hosts were VERY attentive and checked in on us multiple times. Out cave room was not air conditioned which was on the listing but later clarified. It seems like it could use an air purifier. The door was very hard to slide. The trip out to the location was very remote and about 20 min driving on a bare bones off road kind of road. The bathrooms had no lights but they provided lanterns. Only 4 bathrooms for a lot of people. Bathrooms were ok level clean. It was a unique experience but I would not say it was super comfortable to sleep in. Our bed was really hard, the curtains in our room were super dirty and I think they probably just get a lot of dirt kicked up blowing around. We wished we could have opened the door to get cooler air in but critters and dirt blowing in the wind didn’t make it possible. Hosts were very nice and asked several times if they could get us anything. If you’re a camping type you will be fine, but don’t expect hotel style amenities!
