The property was clean, the view excellent, the beach walks amazing! Easy check in and out! Everything we needed was available! Enjoyed our stay! Weather wasn't great with clouds and rain but location to old town so convenient that the weather didn't matter!

A Room with a beautiful view

This condo was wonderful! Everything was so clean and smelled great when we got there. All of our check-in info was sent to us hours before we got there and all the keys and parking passes were on the counter. The rooms, kitchen and most of all view were perfect!

Fernandina Beach

The individual unit was very clean. There were some flaws that could have used some TLC where it appears that experience some water damage, however, this did not impact our stay. There were plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas available. The one elevator was down for most of the time we were there, however, it was fixed the day before our departure. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this specific unit to others. (and I'm fairly choosey on my VRBOs)

Excellent property great view.

Overall we were very pleased. Would book the same space again and bring our own coffee maker next time since the one provided does not work for us.

Communication issues

I never received an email with check in instructions and when I arrived I attempted several times to message the owner and to get help from VRBO. Never received a response from owner and VRBO gave me a message that they couldn’t find my reservation. Very stressful process- I thought maybe the reservation never went through!! Finally was able to access the condo with help from rental office on property. Inside the condo found an email address for owner and tried that too. Again no response. Glad there were no problems and didn’t need anything while we were there but it was unusual.

A FRESH CHANGE OF SCENERY!!!

Almost all of my vacations start out with me cleaning the condo for 2 hours including washing questionable looking bedding! I then sweep, clorox wipe, then inventory and photograph all chachkies, move them so as not to get broken so I can re-place them before we leave! NOT THIS TIME!!!! Everything was CLEAN!!! Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and yes all the bedding was clean and fresh and the chachkies...NONE! This condo was simply clean and fresh without all the dusty flower arrangements and beach signage!! So refreshing!! I know which way the beach is so a sign with an arrow pointing in that direction is not necessary! :0) Thanks condo owner for not cluttering the area with un-necessary items! I got two extra hours of vacation this year thanks to you!!!
