Was perfect location for the time in Charlotte and the neighborhood could not have been cuter. The communication in advance of arrival was so appreciated - all the details in a complete message sent directly to the app inbox made for easy ride to the property and getting in quickly and efficiently. Very comfortable, felt like a home away from home and the communication about departure was very timely and thorough. The pre application process providing necessary details to complete the booking was easy and seamless, and any questions were answered promptly. I appreciate the professionalism and follow up, and only wish I had more reason to return. Thank you and I would recommend to any who need an easily accessible and comfortable place to stay very close to downtown hotel options - just better for the price!

Lovely and conveniently located neighborhood. The apartment is cute, clean, and the mattress was so comfortable. It is a historic building so there are typical architectural signs of aging but nothing that felt in bad repair.

We stayed here for 4 days. The condo is nicely furnished with a comfy sofa and bed. We were welcomed with a cute basket of edible goodies. The hot water was hot and high pressure ( which I enjoy for showers). It is an older condo but that doesn’t take away from the comfort. There was plenty closet space for our bags and clothes. There isn’t a lot of grass if you have a dog but our dog was fine doing his business. The location was ideal for us because it was only a short distance from downtown yet a really nice neighborhood. Our stay was enjoyable! I would recommend staying here.

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We are so glad you had an enjoyable 4-day stay and felt comfortable in the condo. I’m thrilled to hear that the welcome basket, comfy furniture, and high water pressure made a great impression! It’s also wonderful that the closet space met your needs and that our location provided the perfect balance of a quiet, nice neighborhood just a short distance from downtown. We take pride in being a welcoming space for pets, so we’re happy to hear your dog did just fine during the stay. Thank you for the high recommendation, and we would love to host you and your pup again!

Mia and me

I enjoyed having my labradoodle with me in this cozy apartment. It was clean and well stocked with wine, orange juice and some snacks. Walking in the neighborhood was both safe and enjoyable. Off street parking was appreciated.

Excellent Getaway & Hosts!

We stopped at this wonderfully-decorated and spotlessly-clean apartment for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. Couldn't have picked a better spot to explore Charlotte, or more thoughtful and welcoming hosts to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable despite the ongoing pandemic. We loved the friendly, walkable neighborhood and enjoyed nearby eateries (w/vegetarian options), breweries, and greenways either a short walk away or a quick trip in the car. Our pup appreciated the dog-friendly neighborhood with several restaurants offering outdoor patios, plus the nice little park a couple of blocks away. Excellent all-around!! We would not hesitate to stay at this or another of the host's properties in the future.
