We enjoyed our stay but there were issues that were not resolved. The rug in the living room was very dirty and needs to be replaced. The sliding door to the deck was so hard to open that I had to have help to open it and so did my kids. I called the host about this and they said they would get someone out to repair it but they never did. The grill was very dirty and so were the tools that you were supposed to "clean" it with, and one of them had metal teeth which as everyone knows you are not supposed to use on grills, the metal teeth can get in your food and cause health problems. And I was not happy that any maintaince person could just let themselves in anytime, oh yes they knocked, but if you are in the shower or taking a nap you couldn't hear them. And that is what happened one day. The hot tup guy came every single day to clean the hot tub, that is excessive, and he would let himself in, and just walk through. One day I was in the shower and didn't hear him knock, the apartment is large, therefore I almost walked out and embarrassed him and myself. All in all there were 10 entries from "maintaince" in our 5 days. I don't like someone in my paid for space when I am out, or when I decide I want to rest and take a nap or shower. Not acceptible. This all needs to be checked and taken care of. I most likely will not use this host again. The property is beautiful, but you go on vacation to rest, not to be disturbed twice a day.
