Beautiful spacious home stocked with almost everything you need for your stay (towels, shower soaps, etc). Pool was perfect and clean and had toys to use. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and plan to come back!

We had a fantastic trip here! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Travis was easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions in a quick time frame. We suggested a griddle for being able to make a big breakfast for our group and he had one sent to the house! It’s close to a lot of things but also private and quiet. We got a lot of use out of the basketball hoop and the pool. We would love to return!

The house was clean, well maintained and spacious. It was a last-minute purchase for my wife and myself to visit friends in the area. The kitchen is very nice. The patio area and pool was also nice.It would be a reasonable option for a small family looking for space. It is a bit off the path of the main roads, but easily accessible. It is located in a modest, quiet residential neighborhood. The host was easily contacted and accommodating. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The property was great! Had problems when we got there getting into the property and Travis stayed with us by phone until it was worked out. The place was clean. The pool and outside area was clean. Pool toys and a pump are there. Grill was ready for use. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots pans utensils. Parking and location great. Close to a lot. The only downside was that one of our 9 guest stayed in the “office”. I think it looked bigger than depicted in the picture. He stated being July, it was warm/stuffy in the room. Partially resolved by keeping the door open. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and very easy to talk to. Pool is very nice but unfortunately the weather when we were there was too cold to use it. Layout of the house is great and the coffee station was a nice touch. Furniture and beds all comfortable. It made for a nice siblings week for our family.

The house was perfect. Comfy beds, great stocked kitchen, we had so much fun playing shuffleboard and hunting for sharks teeth at the nearby beach. The hosts were top notch and very friendly and communicative. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Will definitely look to book again every year when we’re there for soccer tournaments! Thank you for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Travis and Jess’s house in Sarasota! The location is absolutely perfect—close to both Siesta Key Beach and Venice Beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area. The house truly had everything we needed and more. It was stocked better than a Hilton or Marriott, with thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. Travis and Jess went above and beyond with their communication, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarasota! We will be back!

Great house to stay in with a big family. Seperate rooms for those who may need more quiet! Awesome pool and lanai area loved that it's screened in and pool was crystal clear. Super close to everywhere we wanted to be (family, beaches, stores, restaurants). Host super easy to communicate with. House had all the amenities didn't have to get much except groceries! Would definitely recommend.
