Located in the heart of Destin, this condo is directly across the street from 2 public beach accesses in Crystal Beach! Enjoy partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beachscape of Scenic Highway 98 from your private balcony. The interior has all modern coastal finishes: luxury vinyl plank flooring, a fully updated kitchen and bath, and plush coastal furniture to relax on!
Newly renovated with new everything! 65" Screen Smart TV for streaming, built-in charging stations for devices, TVs in the bunks for kids, Kitchen with all the cooking tools you would find at home. Even the Balcony Furnishings will make your Outdoor Experience a treat all with Amazing Gulf Views!
Accommodates six guests, featuring a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, two twin-size, built-in bunks in the hallway each with smart TVs, and a new sleeper sofa with queen-size bed in the living room. WiFi is provided along with a large smart TV in the living area. The unit is equipped with a convenient stackable washer and dryer. Cook a full course meal effortlessly in the fully renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cookware and dishes you would find at home. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon lunch, or evening cocktails on the large private balcony that overlooks the Walking, Biking, Jogging Trail, The Grilling/Picnic Area, as well as the Amazing Views of The Beach and Gulf. We want everyone to have a wonderful time but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our condo and its Furnishings. This is not a condo to rent and have parties.
Guest can rent bikes, golf carts or simply walk to several local restaurants and coffee shops. Parking at the complex is easy and free.
You will be given our contact information to either call, text or email us after booking so that you can easily reach us before, during or after your stay. We want all of our guests to have an amazing experience so please don't hesitate to contact us.
You will enjoy the Crystal Clear Emerald Green Water, Sugary White Sand, Beautiful Sunrises and Breathtaking Sunsets along with a place that has a small beach town atmosphere with Chill Vibes where everyone is Relaxed and Friendly.
