Host very communicative. Check-in was great with Shenque. Perfect house for our stay. A/C was very cold. Pool very clean and nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. View would be pretty tough to beat. I would reserve again if coming back to Nassau.

We recently stayed 9 nights. Having vacationed at many VRBO‘s, and coming from a contractor’s background, we found many unsatisfactory issues with this property. Exterior of house/patio/hot tub/walls needed major repairs. The high-end appliances in the kitchen were replaced with average brands. Description mentions: refrigerator is stocked with condiments and has an icemaker; wi-fi, cable and satellite TV; garage parking; a boat; drinking water filter system; umbrellas on patio for shade — unfortunately we saw none of these items. Description also states that there are sliding doors to the patio in both the bedroom and the dining room which may be used for emergency exit — we were unable to open any of these doors. These doors have deteriorated and are inoperable. A ladder off of the seawall to get out would be very helpful. Interior of house and water views were as described. But, unfortunately, we would not return to this property in the future, despite the awesome views!

This house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 7. Has plenty of sitting space and cookware. As apparently is typical in the Bahamas, we had power issues almost every day—fortunately, there is a diesel generator to keep power on in the house. Although not within reasonable walking distance of much other than the Shell station to get water daily, the house is a convenient drive in the direction of both the Atlantis and Baha Mar.

Buddy golf & snorkeling trip

New Year's Family Vacation

The home was very spacious and was able to accommodate our large party of 16 comfortably. The property manager was superb and very attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Seaduction Bachelor Party

Seaduction was perfect for our bachelor party group. Great location, beautiful and safe property. Sonal was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, and the housekeeper who checked us in and out was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

the views are insane! the house fit 11 of us comfortably. everyone was so nice and helpful- from the owner to the house manager to the vendors they recommended (chef, driver, etc).

Great location

Great location with easy access to local taxi’s and right on the local bus route. Large roomy living spaces with views of the water and large patio to relax and watch the ships come in. Sonal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful time, perfect weather in February.

What an incredible location for a weekend stay in Nassau. We were centrally located between Baha Mar and downtown Nassau. Sonal was also an incredible host. Thanks for a great time!

A Beautiful Getaway

We had a lovely time, the house is beautiful. There is plenty of space for a larger group. Sonal is very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Vacation with Family; Beautiful Spot

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We also enjoyed going down the steps to the ocean, and that the rocks don’t hurt your feet and there is sand to walk on. The ocean being swimmable there (waves were often calm) was a bonus! Kitchen was reasonably equipped for making meals for our group. Having a washer & dryer was a plus with our little ones.

Friends Reunion

The stay we had was fantastic! The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around. Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

Seaduction was perfect

This house was perfect for my family group. Age range from 12-65. We could've just stayed in the house the whole vacation. The location was great. Easy access to everything. Shenque was great as well. She greeted us and answered any questions we had

Fun, Fabulous Getaway

We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

Great Stay!

I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well. The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

Spectacular Views and Water Access

The house is perched steps from the ocean with a huge deck area with pool, hot tub, dining table and plenty of seating. We swam and snorkeled right from the deck steps. The kitchen is well-equipped and living room/dining area is huge with the same great view as the deck. Taxis were readily available from the street in front of the house. We enjoyed several meals at wonderful local restaurants at the nearby Fish Fry. I was a fabulous introduction to the Bahamas. The people were wonderful and the house manager was very helpful.
