We stopped at a restaurant (Fritzs) that was nearby that was recommended by the host. Nice little place with charm and good food.

The place was decently clean. Weeds and grass really overgrown, though. It looks like they mowed, but never use a weedeater. The back bedroom got very hot at night. Very minimal amenities, but we didn't need the kitchen much anyway. It's a great place if you just need to sleep between enjoying the city. Location is perfect. Quiet at night, but very close to plaza, art museum and many other cool things. Good place for a family.

The house was clean and smell nice when we entered. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Off street parking was nice to have. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to all of our activities and we enjoyed the restaurants and shops near by. We experienced our first time in Kansas City and the home was comfortable and fit our family perfectly.

The location is very good to access the highway, Plaza etc.It has the small extra room with bed beside 2 other bedrooms.It was perfect for our short stay!

The location is excellent. It is very close to Westport, and it has easy access to downtown. The house was clean and the linens are good. The host was easy to work with.

The location is very convenient and the host was very easy to communicate with. The outdoor area of the property was poorly maintained with overgrown grass and weeds. The back deck was covered in leaves and debris so if you are hoping for an area you can relax, this is not the best option. The inside of the property was not clean for our stay. There was a significant layer of dust on multiple surfaces and the floors and rugs were very dirty. It is not a venue to feel comfortable walking barefoot or in socks. The toilet also had multiple stains/splatters on the toilet seat that appeared to have not been cleaned between guests.

Communicating with the host was very easy. This charming older home was a very pleasant place to stay. I especially enjoyed the front porch looking out into the peaceful neighborhood.

There was a delay in getting the checkin information, but the app was experiencing some issues, so that probably explains the delay.

Cute home that was good for our small family. The bedrooms were small, but fit our needs. It was nice that we had extra paper towels, soft bathroom towels including shampoo/conditioner and body soap, and even a small container of milk. It would be a good idea to have warmer bed sheets and extra blankets in the winter months, but the house had a good heater! Would recommend!

We found everything for the property as expected, except the way that I read the listing was that’s one of the seating options in the front room would pull out into a bed. There’s actually an extra mattress in the front bedroom closet. Aside from that everything was as expected.

On approaching this property, the unmowed lawn , weeds blocking steps and furniture needing a good wipedown might cause one to wonder what they might encounter inside. Actually, one wil be pleasantly surprised to find a rather clean, clutter free dwelling-not only clutter free, but “ basic supply - free.” The list quickly grew of all such missing . My husband looked at the bed- sheets topsy-turvy(sides on top and top/ bottom on sides and slipping off the bed because no mattress covers ) . He wondered if sheets had been washed ; I smelled them and assured him they had. But who had made these beds? Preparing to cook our dinner “Kitchen, dishes , utensils,”advertised- there was about 6” of free counterspace- the rest was taken up by appliances. The list grew- cutting board?mixing bowl(s)? Frying spatula? Frying pan(1 oversized huge one), saucepots?((a couple cheap small ones maybe for camping), colander? Strainer? Storage containers? Silverware- YES! But randomly in a mishmash in a drawer, pealer? dish towels, dish cloths? Dishwasher pods or soap?Moved all appliances on floor (a small table would help) so I could attempt to cook dinner. Bathroom was clean and had about 5-6 towels , but no hand towels to put in the ring. Caution: be gentle with shower curtain!Rod and all collapsed on my husband. Smart TV? Not working. Gas smell? He says from weeds growing under the house. No blankets No screen door- mosquitos invade. Buyer beware.
