Nice house but...

We saw 2 cars in the driveway upon pulling up to the house a little after 4pm to check-in. There was seven of us in our group (fam and friends) so we got a little freaked out wondering why are there cars already here? We wondered if the property got double booked. We stayed parked on the street since the driveway was full. One person started coming out of the house, then another person, both dressed in summer clothes. I got out the car and said hello. These 2 people did not readily identify themselves, so I inquired, who are you? Are you guys staying here, too? I found out they were the cleaners, but w/ no cleaning supplies & in normal summer clothing. An awkward beginning but upon entering the house at 4:15 pm-ish it was clean and spacious which was great. Since it was pretty hot outside we decided to start our stay off with a swim in the pool. Unfortunately it was like jumping into warm bath water on a hot summer day in June. We were hoping for cool refreshing water. Sadly, most of us only used the pool 1x time others only 2x in our seven day stay. We all wished we could have enjoyed that feature more, but it was way too warm to enjoy. In the kitchen it also would've been nice to have the water & ice functioning in the fridge, especially in summer. We bought a TON of water/ice while staying here. Fridge water access at bare minimum. Overall, it's a large spacious home and we all appreciated the contemporary decor, but wished we could have changed a couple of things.

Spacious home in a nice neighborhood near the beach

This home was a great place for our family of 9 adults to spend the week together. Only 5 minutes from the beach & located in a quiet neighborhood, the location was great. The house, yard and pool had plenty of space for us to gather and have our own space as needed to work and enjoy each other's company. The management company responded right away to a couple of inquiries, and the home was set up well, covering all our needs. I would highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice House near Clearwater

Three couples and five kids stayed at this house for spring break the house and pool were the perfect size. It was very clean when we arrived and the host was always quick to respond. They had plenty of beach chairs and towels for us to use which was nice since we traveled by plane. The only complaint was there was not water or ice working in the fridge so we had to make a few stops to the store.

Overall Ok

The house was a good fit for our visit but the property needs to be gone through and fixed. Some of the rooms had closet doors missing . Some appliances were not operable including refrigerator ice machine, toaster, fan remotes and basically all curtains in the house. All curtains were not really at all usefully as they are see through and the blinds were broken. Also the fun games room was not at all inhabitable as it smelled so bad we had to lock the door. The check in info said a pool cleaner would be coming once a week and never came, pool became full of leaves that we cleaned including filter that got clogged.

Annual Trip!

Our stay was wonderful! I had booked a house closer to CWB but 3 days before our trip down from Michigan the owner let me know the house had an electrical issue and would not be resolved in time for our check in. I was scrambling to find something big enough to accommodate our large family so we could all be in one place. We come down once a year but this year we were also celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday so I wanted it to be great. The house was amazing, clean and comfortable. Enough space for everyone to spread out. Huge back yard and the pool was fantastic!! The kitchen was so stocked with anything we could need. The management company was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Although this is a further distance away than we are used too it was actually so nice and quiet, 5 minutes to Indian Rocks beach and only took us 18 minutes to get to Pier 60. Would highly recommend especially for large families of different age groups.

Family Getaway

We were looking for a place with a pool and found this gem. not on the beach but, a short drive away. Had some great pool time with the family, played bags and really enjoyed our time here. Nice property.

Getting away from the cold

The house and property were beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. There was plenty of everything. It was nice to come in and have everything we needed for that evening and the morning without rushing to the grocery store. The owners provide more than the average supplies and was greatly appreciated .The location allows for easy access to all the beaches in the area. Would highly recommend

Great home base for beach vacation with large group

Very nice property with easy access to many area beaches. Separate sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms made it easy for a big group to stay here. Teens loved the game room (and the rest of us enjoyed the noise staying out there sometimes). Pool area out back was wonderful and enjoyed all the beach wagons and toys that were provided to borrow.

Great stay!

Property was fantastic. Pool and backyard were great for pool time and dogs loved it. Location was great to beaches and restaurants. One of the best vacations we have had. Highly recommend the property and the onboarding and offboarding were seamless. Will stay here again next year.

Florida Retreat

Stunning spacious property in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Extremely well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Fantastic pool, garden area and games room. Clear and helpful instructions from day 1. Short drive to the beach and Tampa attractions within easy reach. Fantastic family holiday and would fully recommend this property.

We loved this home. It is big, clean, and stocked with everything. The beds are comfy and the pool is amazing. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This place was AWESOME!

We were a little apprehensive since it was a new property, but this place didn't disappoint! We would recommend this place to family and friends in a heartbeat. It was SUPER CLEAN and it had lots of room for all of us to spread out. It was close to the beach and local stores/restaurants. The large tree in the backyard gave us some much needed shade so it allowed us to enjoy the backyard from morning to night. The pool was a great change of pace from the beach and there was plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play. They had all the beach equipment, including beach chairs, carts, and coolers. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the spices we could ever need. We really appreciated not having to buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room with the 2 family rooms, 4 bedrooms, pool and yard space. This exactly what we needed. Also, there were about 12 beach chairs, 2 beach carts and 2 coolers for our use that came in very handy. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The house was very clean, everything worked great, kitchen was super stocked up with EVERYTHING we needed or could have wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had everything! The pool and backyard are were phenomenal - we spent a ton of time there. Lots of chairs, floats, games, and the large tree provided much needed shade! The kitchen had everything you would need and more. We loved the griddle, 12 drink cups, lots of pots/pans, tupperwear, plastic/glass dinner wear, blender, and plenty of utensils. The coffee bar was so nice - had all you needed. The only thing we had to buy was extra creamer. The TVs, beds, couches, etc were all great. Loved the extra 4 stand fans that we used in each room for white noise on top of the ceiling fans. Each bathroom had plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, qtips, face wipes, etc. for all 9 days of our stay. Same with laundry - detergent and softener provided. Two coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toy bags, beach towels - all provided for use when making a trip to the beach! Such a nice home and every little detail was thought of to make our stay warm and relaxing! Location was good - one mile from beach, 12 min from Madeira Beach, 15 min from John's Pass. Easy to get anywhere. House is in a quiet neighborhood - never had any issues. Property management was quick to respond to any questions we had. While we were there, we parasailed out of John's Pass through Eagle Parasail and took a 1/2 day boat ride through . Would highly recommend both. Plenty of good eating and beautiful beaches.
