Tucked away among gorgeous homes in an incredible neighborhood. The Tree House is 600 sq feet, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. This calming, quiet and peaceful guest home has one full bedroom with a new pillow-top queen-size bed, one full bathroom, a full-size kitchen (including full-size appliances), eat-in kitchen/dining area, family room with a high end fold out sofa sleeper, and a sunny deck. Fully furnished and has a new 47' smart TV (living room) and second smart TV (bedroom) with Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu, You Tube TV, wireless internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. For warmer summer days/nights we have mini-split A/C units in the living room and bedroom.

It is very close to Grandview Beach, one of the many amazing Encinitas beaches which has good surfing, swimming and a lifeguard tower.

The home was featured December 2013 on the cover of Coastal San Diego Homes magazine, an insert in the San Diego Union Tribune.

If you prefer to explore, check out all the north county beaches including Moonlight, Ponto, Swami's, Cardiff and Seaside as well as the world famous Torrey Pines State Beach where you can hike also.

Del Mar Racetrack and La Costa Spa are within 5 to 15 minutes. Close to multiple hiking trails and some of the best bicycling in California. It is a half hour drive to the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, SeaWorld, and a one hour drive to Disneyland.

The Guest house is privately situated above the main house. It has it’s own stairway access, is very private and quietly located at the end of a private driveway consisting of only 3 other homes.
