The cabin and the location were outstanding. We regularly visit the Little Red River, but this is the first time we have stayed at this cabin. It will not be the last time though. Everything was great!

Great house and location. There is a boat slip, but you can't use it for your personal boat. Would be nice in the future to allow people to put their boat in the slip. We had a blast and caught ton of fish from the dock.

Natures Beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weaver's Trout House was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The balcony was a great place to sit especially in the AM as the sun came up. Would 10/10 recommend!

Be aware an out of state fishing license cost us 70 for one day. DNT get one unless your goin out in boat .you can't fish from dock to much water grass . I think the outside needed alot of tlc. My husband's handicapped and he caught me raking and sweeping leaves. He was upset. But I did it for safety reasons. The inside is nice n great for big group. DNT eat at fish shack,but b sure to check out peggysues. Great breakfast you can't find house their are no numbers or lights. You identify the place by a down yellow electrical box on driveway

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad the home was comfortable for your group. For future guests, Arkansas currently charges nonresidents $15 for a one-day fishing license plus a $20 trout permit per person, or $70 for two anglers. These are required whether fishing from the dock or a boat. We’re also addressing the exterior cleanup, dock vegetation, lighting, and address visibility to improve future stays.

The house was nice but I thought since it was advertised as sleeps ten it had more than 5 beds. My fault for not checking closer. We had 7 men and had to use the couch and have 2 guys share a bed.
