Property was very well kept and private. The amenities were spot on and we will definitely be visiting again. Our host was great and willing to answer any questions in a timely manner

Cute little cabin. Very relaxing. Had a slight hiccup during check in, But the host was on top of it very quicky and took care of it.

We were so blown away by this property from the time we arrived til we left! It was so clean and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable! Susan was amazing and responded quickly. We were provided with water, snacks and ice! We had all the comforts of home! We enjoyed a quiet evening on the property! The owl’s nest was immaculate and decorated to perfection! We will definitely stay here next year! Thank you Susan

The host Susan went above and beyond. My wife was extremely impressed with the feesh cleanliness of the cabin and linens. She decorated for Christmas and had fresh muffins and a plate of fresh snacks dipped in chocolate. There were condiments and S&P there. There is a K-cup coffee maker with some provided coffee pods. We travel with our own Keurig and pods. We like dark strong roast coffee. The cabin has an insta hot which provided hot water. Theres a grill outside that we used. People if you go somewhere and use the provided grill always clean it. Everything you need to cook was available. Even a casserole dish. We enjoyed the peach and quiet. We got exactly what we wanted. If you want to be near towns and restaurants this is not for you. We stayed 6 days and left the cabin twice. We stocked up on food and ventured out to David's catfish house in Brewton. We will recommend Susan 100%. Thank you

Thanks for the review! I’m always aiming for that 5-star rating, so I’m glad you and your wife enjoyed spending Christmas week at the Owl’s Nest. I added a few extra touches to make it feel festive, and I’m happy you found it well-stocked for your getaway. I didn’t realize the grill had been used, so I’ll keep an eye on that. I’ll keep adding those little details to make sure every family has a great stay—and hopefully earn that 5-star!

The owls nest was a perfect stop on the to the beach! The attention to details was wonderful and my only regret is that we didn't get to spend more time there. If we ever come this way again, this is where we'll be staying.
