Great location, beautiful view of the bay and poolside. Easy access to the property and close to everything in Orange Beach. Eric was very easy to communicate with, and very helpful in keeping us informed about the impeding bad weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking, which made things so convenient. The host was excellent with communication—responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.The lazy river was definitely a highlight and was absolutely spot on for relaxing and enjoying our stay! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

We had a great time - the condo was the perfect size for our family of 4, the lazy river was relaxing, and the kids had fun finding lizards and frogs on the property. It was also nice to be close to the restaurants and public beaches, but away from the beach traffic.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix on the Bay! Our favorite part was being on the ground floor overlooking the lazy river and waterslide. It was so convenient with 4 small children. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool area was perfect for keeping kids entertained for hours. We loved the easy access to all the amenities and the beautiful views of the bay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and convenient place to vacation in Orange Beach!

Great accommodations! Spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath unit. Wonderful lazy river. Multiple pools, Fishing off the pier. 1st floor Unit. Very quiet and away from heavy traffic. Numerous quality restaurants nearby. Hope to stay there again next year!

This condo was perfect for our family. Loved being on the first floor. Very convenient to the parking garage and pool. Decorated very nicely and stocked great with cookware and plenty of cabinet space. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Best view for kids

If you have children that will want to slide this was the perfect view to watch from the balcony! Beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. Would stay again.
