Beautiful and comfortable home in the Dory Pointe subdivision just a couple blocks to Kiwanda State Beach and restaurants. The Dory Pines has 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa. The master bedroom has an En Suite. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals to eat at the dining table or to enjoy on the deck that borders the BLM forest where you will also find a walking trail. There is a propane BBQ and a fire pit. A smart TV is located in the upper level loft. Pacific City Oregon is your perfect coastal getaway with plenty of outdoor activities such horseback riding, surfing, kayaking the Nestucca River, fishing, along with miles of white sandy beach perfect for beachcombing or just relax and watch the sun go down. Make your reservation today to enjoy a slower way of life.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2.

Overall

The property was what we expected but a few things that seemed strange. There were no curtain or window coverings in the bathrooms so people could see in while you were using it. Also in the master bedroom there was a window facing another house with no window covering right next door. In the morning the sunlight shines in starting at 6:00am.so you can not sleep in.

Needs more updating and TLC

Nice location and good help from property management. Negative issues with the house are that the furniture, towels, cooking utensils are old and all are worn out and need replaced. Found broken and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Owner of house has failed to keep it up. Walls are dirty, broken vertical blinds in kitchen.

Nice house great location. The house desperately needs blinds in bedrooms and master bathroom. I noticed other reviews mentioned the lack of blinds. It’s an issue that should be corrected

great place at the coast

Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course.

Fantastic beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has a nice layout. It is a short walk to the beach. There is a nice outdoor space with a large deck, table and fire pit. It backs up against a green space.

Family Thanksgiving

Clean, comfortable & set up well for us. We had three sets of family members who met here for the holiday weekend. Easy access to beach walking & restaurants. Nice wooded area out back with outdoor seating & fire pit. Pet friendly & manager was very responsive & easy to work with.

Overall nice stay, good location

This was our second time we have stayed at this property, the first time was maybe 4 years ago. Overall the property is nice, close to the beach and some local restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shop, which is nice. The area is quiet and easily accessible. However this visit I do feel that some of the furniture needs updating. The property manager seemed really nice and friendly and overall was a good stay.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was very clean and we had great communication with the owner. I would rent this house again and recommend for anyone.

Blast at the Beach!

This was such a great experience! It was a very last minute decision for us to go to the beach during the week. Dory Pines was a perfect dog friendly home for our family for two days. The proximity to beach trails and the short walk to Pacific city was perfect for our two young kids. The house is located in a private neighborhood so only residents were around and plenty of street parking. I would definitely stay there again.
