This jaw-dropping romantic property was just completed in 2018 and occupies a corner of the Eleven Eleven Ranch. This luxurious guest house is ideal for any couple seeking total relaxation in the romantic hill country with stunning long distance views. Just three miles from Canyon Lake and ten miles from the Wimberley town square, an abundance of shopping and restaurants are just a short distance either away.
The home was professionally designed and decorated sparing no expense and it shows! With elevated ceilings and open beams, a spacious open floor plan, and floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the views from inside our out. The master suite has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area offers a great common area to lounge around and is completely open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room both off the living area as well.
Sit on the covered back porch overlooking the 100 acre ranch and absorb the pretty and peaceful surroundings; what a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee whilst planning out your day! In the evenings, soak all your troubles away in the private hot tub during a hill country sunset you'll never forget! If your lucky you may even cross paths with the sweet couple that owns the ranch and resides in the main house.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.
SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $250 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be an adult over the age of 25. This guest house is specifically for adult couples seeking a romantic weekend getaways. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.
MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 2 adult guests. No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.
PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.
