Our apologizes that the sleep number was incorrect. We have since visited the condo and updated it to only sleep 8 to ensure comfort for future guests. We also apologize that you felt a bit overwhelmed by our rules. Since this is owned by an individual we need to make sure their wishes, along with the policies set forth by the community are clearly outlined. Our office is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns from our guests. If you felt there was a conflict in communication, we would love to hear back directly where this occurred so we can better our processes.
