Tucked into the new and growing guard gated community of Miralon at the North entrance to beautiful Palm Springs, this modern home offers everything you’ll need for your desert getaway…even a couple of workspaces for when duty calls before your tee time.
Enter the courtyard gate and you’re welcomed by your own private “spool” (aka spa-pool, a pool that can be heated and jetted up to a relaxing spa experience). You’ll enjoy poolside lounge seating for taking in the sun and Palm Springs lifestyle.
Inside, the open concept floor plan is perfect for hanging out together in the great room, or you can find your own space to retreat to. The primary bedroom has a spacious bathroom and direct access to the back patio and utilizes an armoire for clothes storage. There is additional closet space available in the guest bedrooms. There is also a reading lounge with a stand-up desk, plus a guest powder room. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances has an abundance of counterspace, including a huge island where everyone will undoubtedly gather to socialize. Just off the great room, is an outdoor lounge patio with a fire feature for evenings under the stars.
When you want to venture out but not too far, Miralon offers walking paths among its olive orchards, and a fantastic modern clubhouse with poolside cabanas, yoga and fitness studio, wi-fi café and full-service bar, demonstration kitchen and meeting spaces, all surrounded by architectural landscaping and inspiring mountain views. All of this is a short 8-minute drive to the Palm Springs Visitor Center or the closest popular restaurants, bars and resorts in Uptown Palm Springs.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
