This home features a great room concept with an open floor plan, 16 ft. ceilings, and great separation of bedrooms with the Primary suite and attached 1 bath Casita on the opposite side of the guest bedrooms. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (including the attached Casita) and nearly 3,300 Sq Ft of living space. Enjoy incredible views from the primary bedroom, formal dining room, and gourmet kitchen plus the fabulous private pool and spa.
Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Per local ordinance, all guests are presented with a local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
