Huge home sleeps 24 and is a vacation destination located on the Beautiful Rogue River. The first floor will entertain all your guests with a game room with ping pong and pool table. Outside is corn hole and giant jenga! The middle floor has 6 private bedrooms each with a full bathroom, one queen bed and one twin bed. The main floor features a huge living room with a fireplace, wood and kindling included! Huge kitchen with seating for 16 and all kitchenware needed for your stay. Also, there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two full beds. A large handicapped accessible bathroom. A private hot tub room off the huge deck that features a BBQ grill, 2 tables and seating for 8. Plenty of parking at this amazing most popular lodging.

The property was great. We’re ready to reserve for 2026 when all of our family gathers again for Christmas. Wonderful hiking trails. Super family friendly. All ages loved it. Very clean and loved the huge living room. We had Four activities occurring at the same time in the living room.

Family Christmas

There were 15 adults, one teenager and 3 children. No one had a house big enough for all of us under one roof. We lost our son last Dec and wanted to be together as family this Christmas. This was the perfect place. We especially loved the large living room and game room . We could spread out and have alone time if needed.Thank you.

Silence and solitude retreat

The house was so clean and welcoming. The property was peaceful and well kept. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were impressed by the number of beds and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Great for large groups

We brought a group of friends from Germany for a motorcycle trip. We specifically chose this place over others because we could put two men per room without having to share a bed or one couple in a bed. It worked perfect for us and most every room had its own bathroom. The lodge is huge.

Amazing deal and awesome place

There is nothing on VRBO that gives you this amount of space and bed/person capacity for this price. The location itself was excellent. we cooked a lot of meals and they had everything we needed. The hot tub was great, the TVs were great, plenty of parking, and they even had multiple wifi routers for bigger groups. would book again.

Girl’s Weekend

Our time spent at the Galice Lodge was for a Girl’s Weekend. It was the perfect property in the perfect location for our gathering of 12. This is an amazing property for a large group. The check in process was easy and the property was immaculate. We will definitely recommend this to friends.

The perfect accessibility accomodation

We had 16 family reunion members, two in mobility devices stay at the lodge and it fitted our needs beautifully. Well-stocked. The game room was a hit for the cousins and having enough bathrooms for all of us not to be kept waiting was a real joy. We thoroughly enjoyed the area--zip lining, hiking, visiting crater lake, swimming in the Rogue and Illinois rivers, rafting, checking out the 8 dollar mountain's botanical wonders and serpentine rock was amazing throughout the area. Thanks so much for this amazing site for large families with special needs!!!!!!!

55th anniversary on Thanksgiving

Absolutely loved the house. There was plenty of room for our large group of 20 people with teenagers to enjoy ourselves. The area is gorgeous. And each couple had their own room with a bathroom which really made it so convenient and private. This was such a wonderful place for our family reunion. The only drawback was the kitchen is a little small for 4 cooks, but The 2 refrigerators made up for that. We can't wait until we can rent the lodge again.

This was a wonderful CLEAN property and worked great for everyone to have their own space including their own bathroom. Clothes rack would be nice since there are no closets.

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The living spaces were well furnished and had enough seating for our group of 19. Each of the named bedrooms on the middle level had their own bathrooms and a door that locked like in a hotel. Because we were family, we didn’t see the need to keep our doors locked—at least until we realized that people could come and go through the ground level near the game room. We even had 2 women come in wanting a rest room. After that, we didn’t really feel very secure because there was no barrier to prevent people from coming upstairs. An unexpected surprise was that there was live music each night and we were able to enjoy it from our balcony.

Great house - excellent location, uninvited guests.

Excellent house and location- it is also rented out as a lodge so we ended up having to put notes on the doors to let people know they could not use any of the services and also had to redirect folks wanting to check in to the other houses. They freely walked up the stairs inside and outside the house. There were no locks on the first floor door except for the exterior door.

Excellent for extended families

This property was perfect for our group! We had multiple families making a trip from Portland to Sacramento checking out the redwoods and the coast and we stayed here one night. It was like having our own private hotel, with a perfect combination of private bedrooms/bathrooms and shared open spaces to cook/eat and hang out. Highly recommend!

restful, quiet, clean

our pastoral staff (15 adult) needed a break to reflect on the crazy year we just lived through and the Galice Resort was just what we needed tucked into trees with the river nearby. We plan to book this place again.

Ohhh my goodness this place was fantastic and stocked so well

Easiest rental I've ever had and the best rental Ive ever had. The place was well stocked with everything we might need. It was very very clean and comfortable. We all ages and its enjoyed by all. The staff at the Galice Store were so friendly and helpful an made us feel so welcome. We will book the place again
