⏰ Check out time is strictly at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late checkout. Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure day will result in a $50.00 fee for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

🐶 While we love animals, we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. There will be a $500 pet policy violation fee.

🚭 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if odor removal is needed.

📋 Guests will be required to sign a short term rental agreement no later than 48 hours prior to your stay. The person on the reservation must be the same person who signs the rental agreement and must be staying at the property the duration of the stay.

🐞 Our cabin sits right in nature’s backyard, so you may see a friendly bug or two. We have regular pest control and try our hardest to keep things spotless — it’s just part of the Smoky Mountain charm.

🐻 You might spot deer, raccoons, or even a bear from afar! Please enjoy them safely and keep food or trash inside or locked in the bear proof trash bin outside.

🪵 Please bring your own firewood for the firepit. Firewood is available for purchase at nearby stores. You are welcome to use any leftover wood from previous guests.

⚡️ Be sure to check the weather before your arrival. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations.

🧖‍♀️ For safety reasons, the hot tub and sauna cannot be used if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. No infants or toddlers in the hot tub or sauna. Children must not use the hot tub/sauna unsupervised at any time. Please use the hot tub/sauna responsibly and at your own risk.
