This house was absolutely perfect for our large group! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and huge, fenced backyard with hot tub, grill, and plenty of patio furniture. The host was quick to respond and excellent with communication. We hope to rent this again for our annual trip!

The home is located in a great area, it has great features and is very comfortable! The large fenced yard was great for our Airedale and soaking in the hot tub. Trisha was a great host and extremely friendly, we will be back!

This house is a true gem! It’s immaculately clean and ideally located in the heart of Grand Junction. There is so much space inside for gathering as well as a huge backyard. Trisha was so responsive to all our needs. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! You won’t regret booking this home for a large gathering of people.

This VRBO is a beautiful, large home that is perfect for a large group or family. We had 10 adults and 3 babies and the arrangement and number of rooms worked perfectly. Trisha was very communicative and helpful through the entire process and during our stay. There was a small issue with moths, but the home was very well maintained and clean overall. The backyard is huge and it was so nice to have a working hot tub too. There is plenty of parking too. Thank you, Trisha, for sharing your beautiful home and being a great host!

We stayed at this property for my friend’s Bachelorette Party. The host was communicative and responsive. We also appreciated the host’s flexibility and assistance in supporting the Bachelorette Weekend. Upon our arrival, everyone commented multiple times on how beautiful the home was. It was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The group enjoyed sitting on the back patio to play games and spend time with each other. The hot tub was an added bonus!
