Great location! We had a wedding nearby and were able to walk to and from. Lots of places nearby to eat as well.

We had an excellent stay! Best location! We walked everywhere! We did rent a car as well so the parking spot was awesome. Very safe and comfortable! The host was so responsive. We loved staying here and hope to be back again soon!

Very happy with this stay. The apartment is in an historic building and has a lot of old charm and ambience. It has a spacious living room and modern kitchen and is conveniently located.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, everything was exactly as expected, and it made for a great getaway with my wife in Charleston. The host was excellent with communication and kept us informed throughout the process. We really appreciated the thoughtful messages and smooth experience. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston and would happily stay here again!

Great stay for a 3 day vacation with my husband! The location was absolutely PERFECT and very easy to access. Free parking was a huge plus. Host was communicative and made the check in / check our process easy. Will be back!

What a great place to stay in Charleston. The host was very communicative before and during our stay. The unit was immaculate! Can not think of anything we would need beyond what was supplied. We were able to walk everywhere, the farthest was 45 minute walk.

We appreciated that there was a parking space that came with our reservation and that the location was a walkable distance to downtown. The accommodations were clean; bed was comfortable, and apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Our host proactively provided all the instructions we needed and was very responsive in any interactions. All in all, a very nice stay -- thank you for your hospitality!!

We had a wonderful stay at the ‘Alcove’. The host was very good at communicating with us; the place was lovely, clean and so convenient to everything we wanted to do. All the amenities were great - comfortable bed, full kitchen with all the things we needed, etc. I definitely recommend it!

This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay in Charleston. David is a great host and communicator; no problems at all. Well equipped and clean. The K-cup coffee pods and assigned parking space were also appreciated!

Very responsive host. Great location. We walked everywhere we went in downtown including King Street, the market, rainbow row, and the battery. The assigned, offstreet parking was great.

My husband and I really enjoyed the location, and comfortable bed and linens. Cute kitchen suited our needs with exposed brick. Used the dining table to eat and to wrap presents!

Very cozy. Close to shops and CofC. Bring ear plugs or head phones because you can hear neighbors above. Didn’t bother me, I came prepared.

David was very good at communicating with me and asnwering my questions quickly. The apartment was perfect for me and I walked all over town from there. It was also very close to the free shuttle stop to various locations downtown. Highly rated places to eat were also nearby as well as places to grab coffee early in the morning. The added benefit of a desigated parking was also very helpful. The apartment was quiet and I felt safe walking around and it was easy to exit the Penninsula to places like Mt. Pleasant and other nearby destinations when I used a car.

We had a great stay at The Alcove. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a cozy atmosphere and a very comfortable king bed. The location was perfect - an easy walk to King Street and plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Their communication before and during the trip made everything simple, and they were especially helpful with our early arrival. They let us drop off our bags and even brought them to the unit for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was well-kept, had all the essentials, and made for a smooth, enjoyable trip. We’d definitely stay here again.
