This loft offers a full kitchen & bath w/ new fixtures so you can eat in or go for a soak in the clawfoot tub! Enjoy the fiber to work from home or stream movies from the leather futon or chaise on a 65" Smart TV. Just a block to the best bars, restaurants, shops, theaters & the River with easy highway access & free parking. Free coffee & jukebox in lobby & pinball in laundry room.

Please note as of September 2025 the restaurant on the main level of the building is under construction. The building construction team tries to be in no earlier than 8:30 a.m. and it's typically done before 4:00 p.m. Please know there may be noise. Please let us know if you need help with any white noise machines. The HVAC system works very well to help white noise as well when the fan is turned up. Please let us know if you have any questions. We're always happy to help as much as possible.
