Spacious Buda South Austin Home Long Stay w/Pets in Quiet Neighborhood
We welcome you to this comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1850 sq ft) home in Buda on the E side of I-35. Perfect for extended stays, this home sleeps 5 COMFORTABLY. It has a FULLY equipped modern kitchen. 2 pets are allowed. Driveway parking and storage space available in garage. Enjoy the large fenced yard with grass and a maintained garden. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Super convenient to I-45, 183, I-35. Downtwn-25 min, Kyle-15 mins Tesla 15 mins.
The space
-Fully furnished and waiting for you, this house occupies a rare bit of land on the outskirts of Austin where you can still see the stars at night, hear sheep in the morning and get to downtown Austin, or San Marcos in 25 minutes because of super fast access to I-45, 183, I-35 Hwy 21.
-Work from home- Dedicated workspace (desk with extra monitor and office chair) with super fast, reliable wifi.
-Living room- Downstairs, large sofa and big comfy chair. Large smart TV, and great light to read/lounge in.
-Dining room- Dining table that seats 5 adults and leaves ample elbow room.
-Kitchen- overlooks the dining room and has everything you need to cook or bake a good meal, including an Instapot, KitchenAid, stocked spice rack, Keurig & coffee pot, and a giant spoon. Stainless steel appliances and gas range. Ice maker in fridge. Reverse osmosis water at sink. The whole house is on a water filtration system so your water tastes GOOD and showers leave you smelling CLEAN.
-Primary bedroom- King Malouf bed upstairs with large ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet with lock (button code lock). Large Vizio TV. Bathroom has a stand up shower and 2 sinks.
-2nd bedroom- Queen Malouf bed with walk in closet and TV upstairs.
-3rd bedroom- Is CURRENTLY an office but will be converted to a BEDROOM with a full bed and small desk with an extra monitor, as soon as current tenant vacates. Has walk in closet. Also upstairs
-2nd bathroom- a tub/shower combo upstairs. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share this bathroom.
-Game room- 60" TV with many puzzles, Wii and board games. Lots of room for play or chill.
-Yard- Large and fenced. Plenty of room to sunbathe or frolic. Enjoy the butterflies in the garden and also enjoy that you don't have to do any of the gardening.
-Pets- Pets are babies, so we allow 2 of them. There are breed restrictions on dogs due to the home owners policy though. Pets must be house broken and spayed/neutered. Owner must bring the supplies the pets need including bowls, furniture, scratching pots, crates, etc. Blankets or sheets to cover furniture can be supplied upon request. The yard will be looked over to make sure there are not any pet safety/escape issues that need to be addressed at the beginning of the stay.
-Deposits- Due to the long term nature of this listing, there is a separate contract listing the rules Pet deposit $150 (refundable).
-Cleanings will be done monthly and will be paid for by the renter. The cleaning fee is $100 and will be collected monthly. If the lease term is for one month, then there is no need to collect a separate cleaning fee.
-A reasonable supply of disposable products such as soaps, trash bags, paper goods will be supplied at the beginning of the stay. These goods are the responsibility of the renter thereafter.
-There are 2 video recording devices onsite, a doorbell camera and a camera/light over the driveway/garage. Unless there is an unusual amount of activity, they are not monitored. The whole house has an alarm system to keep guests safe.
-RULES- Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises including the driveway and yard. No construction crews. No illegal activity (THC is not legal in Texas) or substances. Any tampering with on-site recording devices is not allowed. Breaking of these rules will result in immediate dismissal from the lease with no funds returned. We cannot accept third party bookings. We require a picture of the guest's photo ID and signed separate rental agreement to confirm the booking.
-Guest access
You'll have access to all spaces in the house except for the upstairs linen storage.
The garage should not be hung out in, or used for parking. It is only for storage and the garbage bins.
-Other things to note
This booking is not confirmed until the separate rental contract is signed. Pet deposit is $150 and is refundable.
