It is a very nice property. The beach and pool access was great. We had a party of 8 and had plenty of room. Having three bathrooms was very nice after a day at the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beachfront getaway.

gorgeous views, the beds all have a foam topper which is nice, the beds were very soft not my liking but absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Check in after hours was awful due to after hours answering service. The beds in the unit were the worst we have ever experienced. All 5 beds literally had 1970s style sofa couch mattresses. No one got a good nights sleep any of the 5 nights we were there.

We are very sorry for your experience and are sorry to hear this... The owner in this condo oddly enough just replaced the mattresses within the last few weeks. Based on your review he is adding mattress toppers to the mattresses. Thank you for your review as we strive to make your stay better.

The Condo was great and its managed group were great check in a breeze. If fact we were called to say our condo was ready and we got in early compared to normal check in time! The property is managed by another group and their staff were not very friendly and unknowable when asked for information and the parking garage was a nightmare. Very tight driving around in the garage especially when huge trucks and SUV’s. They probably should’ve had larger vehicles park on top levels. Also several pools and lazy river were closed. Beach access was great I recommend you rent the umbrellas and chairs, made it easy to go to and from the beach without being bogged down with stuff.

Overall the room was a nice size and slept 10. There was a community seating area where your family could gather for food and games. However, the room the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in. There was mold in the main bathroom and in all toilets. There was an enormous amount of dirt, sand, and dead bugs on all the floors. There was no evidence of cleaning behind doors, toilets or under beds. The kitchen silverware was dirty, dried food on cabinets and in the refrigerator. There were not basic kitchen items like a frying pan big enough use for a family of 10, tongs, whisk, etc. The lack of basic salt and pepper, hand soap was disappointing. As for the resort, the entire resort was run down, 1 pool and 2 hot tubs were out of service and the other outdoor pools were very dirty and there was mold and smelly drains everywhere. The doors and windows were disgusting and were not ever cleaned. People were smoking weed continuously. And lastly, we had to pay 30 dollars a day to park because we have an oversized vehicle. Very frustrating vacation.
