This clean and bright home is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring:

• Three spacious bedrooms:
• A master suite with a king bed, premium cool-gel memory foam mattress, smart TV, work desk, and spa-like en-suite bathroom with dual rain showerheads.
• A queen bedroom with the same premium mattress, smart TV, and walk-in closet.
• A twin bedroom with two beds, smart TV, and a fun tiki-themed dresser.

Fiber optic high-speed internet ensures you can stream, work, or browse seamlessly throughout the house and even poolside.

• A boutique heated pool (fees apply for temps over 86°F).

Other things to note
House Rules
1. No Outdoor Shoes Indoors
Help us keep the home clean by leaving outdoor shoes at the door. We recommend bringing slippers or flip-flops for indoor use or when heading to the backyard.
2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Any outdoor noise violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
3. Pool Umbrellas
To prevent damage, umbrellas must be lowered when not in use or during high winds.
4. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house.
5. Pets
While pets are welcome, must be on leash in the neighborhood and they are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Pet beds are provided for your convenience.
6. Registered Guests Only
The property is exclusively for registered guests. No additional or unauthorized visitors are allowed.
7. Supervision of Children
While we provide family-friendly amenities, the property is not 100% child-proofed. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and backyard.
8. Pool Heating
The pool is heated to 86°F by default. If you’d like it warmer, we can accommodate for an additional fee ($20–$30/day depending on the time of year and desired temperature). Please arrange this in advance. During the summer, the pool naturally stays at or above 86°F.
9. Accidental Damage
We understand that accidents happen. Please notify us immediately of any broken or damaged items so we can address them before the next guests arrive.
10. No Parties or Events
This is a peaceful retreat, not a party house. Large gatherings or events are not permitted, and only registered guests may be on the property at any time.
11. Scheduled Services
Vendors such as pool maintenance, landscapers, or cleaners may access the yard during your stay. They are scheduled regularly and do not require notice. Trash and pool maintenance are done on Sundays and Mondays.
