The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, crockery, utensils, and appliances, ensuring effortless cooking. Additionally, a full-sized washer and dryer add to the comfort of an extended stay.
Guest access
During the summer season, you can enjoy access to the pool for relaxation and recreation. Your convenience is ensured with assigned covered parking, and there's also a designated green space where you can take your pets for a leisurely stroll.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
