The Neighborhood:

Appleton is one of the few Midwest downtowns left that continue to thrive and grow. With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center and the best farmers market north of Madison, THIS is where you want to be. Not to mention an awesome night life downtown scene!



Getting Around:

You’re in a great spot to explore downtown Appleton on foot—restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, nightlife, and the Performing Arts Center are all just steps from your door.



For trips beyond downtown, Uber and Lyft are easy options, and the Appleton Transit Center is only a few blocks away for Valley Transit bus service throughout the Fox Cities. During the summer, you can also hop on the free Downtown Trolley, which loops through downtown and along the riverfront Thursday through Saturday.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is right in the heart of downtown Appleton, with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and events just outside your door. It’s a great location for exploring, but you may occasionally hear normal city sounds—especially on weekends, during events, or when the downtown farmers market is taking place.



The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator access and no stairs required. One complimentary parking space is included in the lot behind the building.



There is another rental unit down the hall, so you may see other guests in the shared hallway or elevator. Traveling with a larger group? Booking both units is a convenient option.



Vault 202 Brewery & Taproom is located in the building, so you can enjoy a drink or bite to eat without even stepping outside.
