Welcome to La Gente Comfy Stay! We wish to provide single or couple travellers with a great value house in a luxe apartment to stay in KL city center with access to high end facilities in a newly built high end condo.

You can expect to pay around RM80-RM250 for a one-way trip. Alternatively, you can take the KLIA Express train to KL Sentral station and then switch to the LRT train to Ampang Park station, which is about a 10-minute walk from Pavilion Embassy.

From other states in Malaysia:
If you're driving from other states in Malaysia, you can take the North-South Expressway and exit at Jalan Duta toll plaza. From there, follow the signs to Jalan Kuching and continue driving until you reach Jalan Ampang. Turn left onto Jalan Ampang and drive straight until you reach Pavilion Embassy, which will be on your right-hand side. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.

If you're coming from other states in Malaysia by public transport, you can take a bus or train to Kuala Lumpur's main transportation hubs, such as KL Sentral or Pudu Sentral. From there, you can take the LRT train to Ampang Park station and then walk to Pavilion Embassy, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

For locals:
If you're driving from within Kuala Lumpur, you can take Jalan Tun Razak and turn onto Jalan Ampang. Continue driving on Jalan Ampang until you reach Pavilion Embassy, which will be on your left-hand side. Alternatively, you can take the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and exit at Jalan Ampang. Turn left onto Jalan Ampang and drive straight until you reach Pavilion Embassy, which will be on your right-hand side.

If you're a local using public transport, you can take the LRT train to Ampang Park station and then walk to Pavilion Embassy, which is about a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or Grab ride directly to the building.

When you arrive at Pavilion Embassy, you can park your car at the building's parking area, or take the elevator to your unit if you're using public transport. The building's security system requires access cards for entry, so be sure to have your access card with you at all times.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If found or detected, a deep cleaning fee of RM1,000 is required.
2. No eating on the couch and if stained, a deep cleaning fee of RM300 will be levied.
3. No party or loud noise allowed in this space, if complaint is received, guests will have to leave immediately after 2 warnings issued and no refunds will be given.
4. Please take good care of the access cards, if damaged or lost, each card requires a RM250 replacement fee (non-negotiable).
