The unit is located on the building’s second floor and is accessed via a single flight of shared wooden stairs used only by the two units located on this level, including this one. There is no elevator on site.

Our location could not be more convenient. You are just a short five minute walk from the vibrant shops, cafes, and dining spots along Magazine Street. This charming stretch of the Lower Garden District offers a mix of boutiques, vintage finds, art galleries, and local restaurants, all within easy reach. Whether you want to explore on foot or take a short ride, some of the city’s most iconic areas are only a few minutes away.
