This property is managed by Vacation Rental Collective and it was the best vacation rental stay we’ve ever had. The property is new and very nicely furnished. They thought of every little thing, that many vacation rentals skip. The kitchen was well supplied, Aveda products in the bathrooms, beach towels for the hot tub, detergent pods for the washer dryer, etc, etc. Great communication before and during the rental too. Thank you!

Perfect Basecamp for Explorers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and in-laws thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rooftop Haven. The property was exactly as described, very clean, spacious, and just what we needed. Able to park a large truck and medium suv in the garage. Dog friendly with close access to walking paths and beautiful outdoor space. We even enjoyed the hot tub after long days. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a basecamp to explore surrounding areas.

Gorgeous Mountain Rental

Clean hot tub, cool views from the roof / hot tub, but privacy is not guaranteed given the proximity of neighbors' roof decks. House was in great condition and was stocked with everything we could've needed.

We traveled with two kids, 3 and 9 months, and loved how spacious the condo was! Location was also wonderful, with a walking trail right outside the front door. For some reason when we booked, we didn't realize it was a 3 story condo with the garage below, so 3 sets of larger stairs. Be sure to pack baby gates to be on the safe side!

The property was as described - great! Very nice! Very large! Well equipped with anything we could ever need. Great location. We would definitely consider staying again. Hot tub a great add! Please note it is a three story unit above the garage so if stairs are an issue, keep that in mind. BEAUTIFUL place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite Summit County rental. Having lived in Summit County for years, this checks all the boxes. Fantastic location for easy hwy access, walkable coffee shops and restaurants and close to skiing. Great walks/bikes along Blue River Path. Heated dbl car garage with outlet plug for EV is huge plus. Rooftop hot tub is grand. Just be ready for lots of steps (4 floors). Only way to improve it would be to put small gas grill on kitchen level deck. You can't miss with this one.

Hot tub wasn’t properly filled.

The host was great, all of the host provided amenities were amazing. Hot tub was a newer model had very powerful jets and most all four corners. Concrete that surrounded the hot tub had a heated surface, so there was no need to shovel. Any snow out from around the hot tub when entering an exiting. Plenty of beach towels in the upstairs bar cabinets for the hot tub was very nice touch. Fireplace puts out a little bit of heat. Kitchen was very nice. Garage downstairs had a 50 amp plug that you could use to plug in an electric vehicle if needed which was also a nice touch.

We had a great stay during our week in Colorado! The rental was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending our days exploring. Everything was exactly as expected, and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful property. We loved that this was right by the blue river, especially loved walking it after dinner. We were even able to walk to dinner and ice cream some of the nights. We loved the different living room spaces, the one on the main level and another one upstairs by the hot tub. There was room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

We spent a long weekend at the unit for a wedding in Silverthorne. The condo was in great condition and comfortable for the five of us. We enjoyed the hot tub on the upper deck in the evening. Close to the river walking trail, restaurants and stores. We would stay there again when visiting family in the area.
