Regarding the bugs, while we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of encountering insects in a tropical environment, we do take several measures to mitigate this, including regular professional pest control services scheduled by the resort management. We also clearly disclose this in our listing description and disclosures. We appreciate you mentioning it and will continue working with our team to keep the condo as comfortable as possible.
