We loved the property. Anything we needed they were quick to respond. Close to beaches and felt safe. Close to Playa Flamingo and Tamarindo. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location with easy access to beaches

The property is located a bit away from Playa Potrero but is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) of it. Appreciated the quietness of the area, access to a good bakery, and restaurants (especially liked Reparito House) near Playa Penca.

We loved the pool and the quiet nature of the resort. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped though we did miss having a vegetable peeler. :-) The kitchen and living room area was smaller than the pictures indicated. Having said that we loved being in a smaller, non-touristy area and very much enjoyed the local stores and almost empty beaches. Definitely a spot a person can relax and unwind!

Beautiful and peaceful property

At the beginning of our it was obvious that the unit was not set-up for long term renters. The staff quickly reacted to all our requests and were able to prepare meals and do laundry efficiently. The preparation of our own meals was essential becuase of the cost of dining out. The one thing missing was patio furniture for us to relax outside, The guests next to us had a beuatiful set of patio furniture and a hammock. we had to small chairs and a small table. If that happened this unit would be agem
