Welcome to spacious, beautifully landscaped backyard and modern home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. If you're in search of a comfortable and conveniently located space for your family or business trip, you've found the perfect spot! Easy access to highway Stoney Trail which can take you to the Calgary Airport, Banff, Canmore, Crossiron Shopping Mall, etc Plenty shopping centers like Costco, T&T, Walmart, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Co-op Gas Grocery and gas bar, etc Enjoy 3 living rooms that offer a versatile space for entertaining or relaxing conveniently located on the main and second floors. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials you'll need. Additional seating for 3 at the counter provides extra space for meals or gatherings. Accommodations include a master suite with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom featuring two single beds, and a flex room with a pullout sofa bed and couch. The fenced backyard comes with a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Convenient self check-in is available via keypad. Guests have private access to the entire house; there are no shared spaces. Parking: Free driveway parking is available, with space to accommodate up to two trucks at once. Free street parking is also available nearby. Please note: The garage is not included in this rental, as my wife and I use it for storage. If you’re interested in an early check-in, feel free to reach out to us to confirm availability.
