Before we get into the details of the house, let's start with what makes a Viridian property different from every other listing on Peninsula Papagayo. Every Viridian Experience villa comes fully staffed and includes not one, but two boats reserved exclusively for our guests. This is the core of the Viridian Experience, and what sets us apart from everyone else.


Every Viridian Experience Villa Includes:
- Pre-arrival grocery, beverage, and alcohol stocking, so your villa is fully stocked the moment you walk in (items billed at cost, with receipts provided)
- A private chef preparing three or more custom meals a day, tailored to your family's tastes
- A half-day private charter on our custom 40' Barker Motor Catamaran for fishing, with all equipment, bait, a captain and co-captain, and $500 of fuel included (upgrade to a full-day offshore trip available)
- A half-day aboard our Coastal Air Nautique wakesurf boat, complete with wakesurf boards, foil boards, tubes, and a captain (full-day included for 7+ night stays; 5–6 night stays get a half-day)
- A personal butler
- Daily housekeeping and laundry
- A pre-arrival concierge who builds out a detailed, personalized itinerary
- Two airport transfers from Liberia Airport for up to 10 passengers (upgrades available for larger groups or extra trips)

Now, the House Itself
Introducing our latest 6-bedroom villa in Peninsula Papagayo. Six ensuite bedrooms in all, five king rooms plus a luxury bunk room with two kings and two queens on top, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. You'll also find two additional half baths and an outdoor shower beside the massive custom sauna and Morozko Forge x Viridian Experience cold plunge. It's a remarkable house, capped off with a pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean.

And yes, there's a Trackman golf simulator room. When midday heat pulls you off the Four Seasons course, keep swinging in the air conditioning while your butler brings out a margarita or tropical smoothie.

This is our third Viridian property on Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica. We call it Casa California. Like every Viridian villa, it comes fully staffed.

The house is extraordinary on its own, but the surrounding peninsula amenities are just as unmatched. You'll have access to the same golf course shared by the Four Seasons and the Ritz Reserve Nekajui, and Prieta Beach Club, open only to private members (that's us) and their guests via day pass, could be yours to enjoy too.

A neighboring property is currently under construction, and some daytime noise may occur, mainly during typical working hours. We want to be upfront about this even though it's outside our control. Completion is expected by December 2026; any delay to that timeline does not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
