Pet friendly, amazing outdoor space, lots of character, sub par linens and appliances. The park across the street is perfect for family and pets.

This is a really cool old spanish style house with a great view and location. Overall we were pretty happy with the place and the fact they allow pets is great. The house does feel a bit like someone inherited it and did the minimum to convert it to a rental. It is very well decorated, but the couches and rugs are very old and just feel dirty, as well as the comforters on a couple of the beds. The towels were terribly cheap and worn and for some reason all of the wall mounted toilet paper and towel holders seemed to be broken. We would stay here again, but a few updates to some of the furniture and towels would go a long ways.

This home is lovely. BUT, there are long term tenants in the basement who enter by the garage behind the kitchen. We did not know they were there and were puzzled and startled by the banging when they came home and the cooking odors and water running all night one of the nights. All of the towels and sheets and pillows and mattresses need to be replaced. A closet in the back room would lend itself to amazing storage of many more towels and linens, blankets. There was hair in the bathroom sink drains. The diswasher has only a bottom rack. The toilet paper holder in the back bathroom is still not replaced and there was no alternative than to set it on the trash can. Dirty corners and behind and under all furniture. I see from earlier reviews and I agree with the furniture being uncomfortable and old. The pads on the outdoor furniture is dirty and ripped up. Seeing that they have received these types of reviews before and have not improved the property, I would not stay here again since they seem to not care about spending any of the money that they charge on improvements. If people still stay and book, they can keep right on charging and not imnproving anything. The AC was very nice, the general middle of the rooms was nice, but all the corners and little details, not attended to at all. The host said it is a new property to them. Here is a template of how to make it better...And please divulge that there area others sharing the home...I thought we were being burglarized.

Where to begin. We arrive and there are Amazon packages on the doorstep. A case of toilet paper. The host asked that I bring them in. There is a code for the key box but there are 3 key boxes at the entry. Walk in and all you can smell is urine. Strong like cat pee. Contacted the host and she said it was probably due to the hot day. The air conditioning was running! A excuse doesn’t make the smell go away. Saw a woman walk down the side of the driveway past our car. Found out from the host that there is a permanent resident in the basement - never addressed in the information of the house. No check in or check out directions in the home. Host says they don’t do that. How about a WiFi code. “It’s on the modem”. The modem is on top of a wardrobe I would need a ladder to get to. Let me say again the urine smell was terrible. Host would have Febreeze delivered to the house that night. It is 8:00 at night by this time and we needed out!We have been doing vacation rentals for years and never have I run into such a horrible situation. It’s too bad too because the house its self is in a great location very eclectic and fun. An amazing patio and could have been the perfect place.

The house and location in Boise were perfect for three friends attending a Diaconate Ordination at the Cathedral of St John the Evangelist. Also it was quiet and peaceful. The verandah offers stunning views of the city and a pretty good view of the Broncos stadium that you might be able to watch a night game....with binoculars ;)The house is well outfitted with amenities...it truly is like being welcomed into someone's home.

The home is beautiful and the view is amazing! Not your typical cookie cutter rental. So close to BSU and downtown. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again!
