Walk up a few stairs and through a front porch to view its single floor layout with a spacious living area, a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and a back porch. Spend some time in the gentle breeze from the overhead fan in the living area, or flip on the 60-inch flatscreen TV for DVD and cable entertainment.

Peer out over the neighborhood from a sofa and Adirondack chairs on the front porch, or head out back to sip sweet tea in the shade of Live Oak trees.
