Welcome to your home-away-from-home on Wawasee Lake! Step out of the back door & right into lakeside living with your own personal beach area & boat dock! This 5 bedroom, 3 bath lake channel house will sleep 16 comfortably & offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and year-round fun. Whether you’re gathering with family, planning a friends’ getaway, or looking for a peaceful place to unwind, this spacious retreat has everything you need.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy main level featuring:
* A huge, ultra-comfortable sectional that seats the whole group
* Oversized windows flooding the space with natural light and lake channel views
* A modern kitchen with bar seating, ample counter space, and everything needed to cook family meals
* A large dining table perfect for shared dinners, board games, or morning brunch
* A full bathroom with tub/shower
* A laundry room equipped with stacked washer & dryer.
* A bedroom with a sofa bed & work space
Upstairs, you will be greeted with a huge open family room featuring a large sectional couch with a TV & coffee table station.
